Janelle Clark, M.A., LPC

Janelle Clark, M.A., LPC obtained her Master’s Degree in Psychology from Connecticut College in 1993. She secured several forensic placements during her clinical training including Whiting Forensic Institute in Middleton, CT, and the Women’s Prison in Niantic, CT. In addition, she wrote her Master’s Thesis on locus of control and social support of male and female minimum security inmates. Ms. Clark has worked in outpatient mental health the entirety of her career, providing comprehensive mental health assessment, treatment, psychometric testing, and psycho-education for both children and adults. As the Assistant Clinical Director for the Outpatient Competency Restoration Program (OCRP), she is part of the Core Team that strives to promote unified, quality care, as it pertains to BCI’s mission statement. She aids in quality assurance and oversight, provides that policies and procedures are up to date, and provides OCRP case management training for contractors across the state of Wisconsin.
